Last night, we had an issue with a strange lady who was sitting on the ground next to our home while we were trying to get inside. Delta Officer Evram Awad came and handled the situation perfectly. He knew exactly how to deal with her and followed all the proper protocols in the best possible way. He stayed with us the entire time to make sure the lady left the property safely, and he escorted her all the way out. He made me and my family feel very comfortable and safe throughout the situation. Evram Awad provided exceptional service last night. I truly think he is one of the best officers, and I really appreciate the way he handled the entire situation.

We absolutely love Iron Delta! Our neighborhood is grateful for their patrolling, expertise and vigilance. Their guards are skilled, they deliver what they promise.

Really bad experience in Toluca Lake. We waited two weeks for the install, and when they finally showed up for the install they showed up without the proper equipment to complete the install despite confirming multiple times that they were able to get these parts. They brushed it off like no big deal. To make matters worse, they gave us no indication as to when they'd even be able to complete the install. On the day this occured, it took us the entire day to reach our rep, who also brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. Their entire pitch was smaller and customer centric, which is the furthest thing from what we experienced. If as a smaller player they can't compete on customer service - there is zero value proposition. We told them we are not proceeding, as I can only imagine how poor the service would be based on the set up. The then tried to tell us it's not their fault that the company they use for installations caused this, which is wild.
