Toluca Lake Holiday Open House 2025

The Toluca Lake Holiday Open House is back. On Friday night, Riverside Drive comes alive with lights, music, food, classic cars, and holiday fun from one end of the Village to the other.

Tree Lighting Ceremony

Time: 5:30 PM
Location: Vendor Village Stage, Volwood parking lot between 4404 and 4444 W Riverside Drive

Join us for the annual tree lighting hosted by Fritz Coleman, Honorary Mayor of Toluca Lake.

Special thanks to Polar Bear Lighting for sponsoring this year’s tree lighting.

After the ceremony, Santa will head to his station, and the stage entertainment in Vendor Village will run from 6 PM to 9 PM.

Event Map

You can pick up printed maps during the event at the Chamber tent in Elf Alley and in the Vendor Village.

Vendor Village and Kids Zone

Location: Volwood parking lot between 4404 and 4444 W Riverside Drive

The Vendor Village is the main hub of the event. You will find:

  • 30 plus local vendors

  • A giant walk through ornament

  • The community Christmas tree

  • Stage entertainment from 6 PM to 9 PM

  • The Kids Zone, sponsored by the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank and Greater East Valley, featuring:

    • Face painting

    • Arts and crafts

    • Sports and activities

You will also find several of our sponsors inside the Vendor Village, including:

  • Toluca Lake Magazine with their latest issue

  • First Entertainment Credit Union

  • Easy Waste Management

Santa Station

Time: 6 PM to 8 PM
Location: 10201 Riverside Drive
Sponsor: Destiny Home Health

After the tree lighting, Santa will head directly to his station at 10201 Riverside Drive and stay there from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Come take a photo with Santa to bring home. Look for the holiday setup at the Toluca Lake Village Square building.

Holiday Classic Car Show and Pink’s Hot Dogs

Location: Logix Federal Credit Union parking lot, 10064 Riverside Drive

Head to the Logix Federal Credit Union lot for:

  • The Holiday Classic Car Show, featuring classic cars from the Burbank Road Kings

  • Pink’s Hot Dogs, sponsored by Logix Federal Credit Union, serving hot dogs all night

Great spot for photos, food, and car lovers.

Elf Alley

Location: Talofa cul de sac next to Red Maple
Sponsor: red maple

Elf Alley will be one of the most festive corners of the event. Here you will find:

  • A giant inflatable snow globe

  • Photo ops and games

  • An outdoor screening of the movie “Elf”

  • Red Maple open for dinner service

  • The Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce tent

  • Community tables for the Toluca Lake Homeowners Association and the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council

Elf Alley is also the starting point for the Elf Hunt scavenger hunt.

The Tolucan Times Zone

Location: Near 10120 Riverside Drive

The Tolucan Times will be set up near the Kevin Dees office with:

  • A DJ providing music throughout the night

  • A special performance by the St. Charles School Choir at 6:30 PM

  • Holiday fun and activity at their space

Craig Strong Group Treat Station

Location: 10154 Riverside Drive

Stop by the Craig Strong Group Mistletoe sponsor station for:

  • Hot cocoa

  • Fresh donuts

A good warm up stop as you walk the Village.

Music Along Riverside Drive

Music will be happening all up and down the street throughout the night, including:

  • Roaming carolers

  • Bagpipers

  • A steel drum band

  • Live music at sponsor storefronts

  • Full stage entertainment in the Vendor Village from 6 PM to 9 PM

Vendor Village Stage Entertainment

Performers on the stage in Vendor Village throughout the evening include:

  • Chris Mann

  • Asher Beverly

  • “Rat Pack” Ricky

  • Amber Mackenzie

  • Bands from Burbank Music Academy

Entertainment runs between 6 PM and 9 PM.

Elf Hunt – Community Scavenger Hunt

Start at the Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce tent in Elf Alley to get your Elf Hunt card and instructions.

How it works:

  • Pick up a clue card at the Chamber tent

  • Follow the clues to find six hidden elves along Riverside Drive

  • Get your card stamped at each location

  • Return your completed card to the Chamber tent for tickets to the opportunity drawing

Prizes include:

  • A 65 inch TCL TV as the grand prize

  • Additional prizes from local Toluca Lake businesses

  • Extra tickets for turning in a fully stamped card

If you do not want to do the full scavenger hunt, opportunity drawing tickets will also be available with a donation at the Chamber tent.

Maps will be available at the tent and can be helpful for your search.
