I completed a 3-month weight loss reboot program with Viking Health and lost a significant amount of weight. Now, going into five months, I'm happy to say I've maintained my weight loss while continuing the healthy eating habits I learned during the program. The program was definitely intense, but the results have been worth it. The supplements were all natural, I watched educational documentaries, and I had weekly face-to-face visits that kept me motivated and accountable. Dr. Middelthon was also incredibly supportive and always made himself available whenever I had questions or needed guidance.
