If I could give Ten Key more than five stars, I would! This was our first major remodel, and honestly, we didn't know where to begin—or even exactly what we wanted. We just knew our space no longer fit the needs of our growing family. We had more than half a dozen companies visit our home and reviewed three different design renderings before meeting with Ten Key. Up to that point, nothing truly blew us away. Most of the designs felt similar and lacked the impact we were looking for. Then we saw Ten Key's rendering. The work that Madi, our designer, created was absolutely breathtaking. She completely reimagined our space and was the first designer to incorporate all of the specific elements we mentioned during our initial consultation. More importantly, she didn't just give us what we asked for—she understood why we wanted those things and designed a space that perfectly balanced beauty and functionality. She showed us possibilities we never would have imagined on our own. My husband and I both work in finance, and while we're comfortable analyzing numbers, we have absolutely no business designing a kitchen. Madi and the entire Ten Key process made everything easy. Instead of sorting through hundreds of sinks, faucets, fixtures, and finishes, Madi thoughtfully curated a handful of options that perfectly fit the design. We typically only had to choose between three to five selections, and there truly wasn't a wrong answer. Every option worked beautifully with the overall vision, leaving us with a stunning, cohesive kitchen. Once the design phase was complete, we were introduced to Levi, our superintendent. Calling him a superintendent almost feels like an understatement—the man is a magician. I was several months pregnant when construction began, and we also had a toddler running around the house. Levi made sure our home remained safe and clean throughout the entire process. We never worried about our child getting into construction materials, tripping over debris, or finding an unattended tool. His communication was equally impressive. Whenever a design constraint or modification arose, we were informed immediately. And if a challenge came up, Levi almost always had a solution in mind before he even called us. What impressed us most, was that Levi's commitment to the project didn't end when construction was complete. Even after we were enjoying our new kitchen, he continued to follow up to make sure everything was functioning exactly as intended and that we were completely satisfied with the finished product. In an industry where many contractors disappear the moment the final payment is made, Levi remained accessible, responsive, and genuinely invested in the long-term success of the project. Knowing that he was only a phone call away gave us tremendous peace of mind, and it reinforced that Ten Key wasn't just focused on completing a remodel—they were focused on creating happy homeowners. If you're still reading, it's worth mentioning the leadership team as well. Chris, one of the owners, attended our initial consultation. He is a true gentleman and a straight shooter. He never overpromised, always managed expectations appropriately, and consistently delivered on his commitments. Perhaps most impressively, he struck me as an exceptional leader. I work with a lot of different business owners, and generally great leaders attract and retain great talent. Ten Key is a perfect example of that. Rebecca, the CEO, was also involved in our project, although I didn't fully realize the extent of her involvement until our final photoshoot. During the walkthrough, I commented on a very specific design feature that couldn't be seen from inside the kitchen and was only visible when looking in from our backyard. What I learned was that Rebecca had already noticed the issue and corrected what otherwise would have been an eyesore. It was such a small detail—one most people would never notice—but that's exactly the kind of care, attention, and professionalism you get with Ten Key.
