Posh Property Management

I recently transitioned my property over to Posh Property Management, and Anthony has been outstanding from day one. Within the first month of taking over, he immediately addressed issues that had been neglected by the previous management company. The common areas were cleaned up, the landscaping was brought back to life, and the overall property already feels so much better cared for. Anthony is proactive, professional, and clearly takes pride in maintaining properties to a high standard. I feel confident knowing my property is finally in good hands. I highly recommend him and Posh Property Management to anyone looking for reliable, attentive management.

The company’s communication is clear and consistent, which gives us confidence that everything is being handled properly even from afar. Vacancies are filled quickly with quality tenants, and the day-to-day management runs smoothly. Anthony has also been a great help throughout the process, ensuring things are taken care of promptly and professionally. Overall, Posh has provided the peace of mind we were looking for and we highly recommend their services.

I've been working with Posh Property Management for the management of my 2 single-family rental homes and the experience has been great! Anthony is responsive, professional, and proactive when it comes to maintenance issues, tenant communication and rent collection. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind knowing that both properties are being well looked after. If vacancies due come up, they are filled quickly with very qualified tenants and any repairs or upkeep are handled properly with great communication throughout. If you're a property owner looking for a hands-off yet dependable property management company, I’d definitely recommend giving Posh Property Management a call.
