NOHO GYM

NoHo Gym is such a gem! I absolutely love the vibe here. It’s friendly, welcoming, and has a genuine sense of community that you don’t always find at larger gyms. It’s more than just a great space for the LGBTQ+ community. It’s a place where everyone can feel comfortable, included, and part of something special. What really stands out is how much they invest in building that community. They actively engage with the neighborhood, host and participate in events, and create opportunities for people to connect beyond just working out. You can tell there’s a real effort to foster a sense of belonging. The gym itself has everything you need for a great workout in a more intimate, approachable setting. I personally appreciate the space because I feel comfortable and can focus on my workouts without the overwhelming atmosphere of a big-box gym. They also offer personal training and a variety of membership options to suit different needs. It’s refreshing to find a gym that values connection and community just as much as fitness. Such a wonderful alternative to the big-box gyms, and definitely a place I’m happy to support. Highly recommend!

I joined NOHO Gym 3 weeks ago. I am just returning to working out after 1.5 years of dealing with cancer treatment so I need to get my strength and body back to what it was before. JP is such a great trainer and the facilities are so clean and well set up. He really takes pride in his business. I joined the program where I can work out with a trainer or by myself. I love you get to pick your time for solo work outs so it is never too busy! I highly recommend!
