First Class Real Estate

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate agent in Burbank, I highly recommend Bill Toth at First Class Real Estate. Bill is professional, responsive, and truly cares about helping his clients make the best decisions. His expertise in the Burbank, Glendale, Toluca Lake, Studio City, and San Fernando Valley real estate market is impressive, and he takes the time to explain every step of the buying or selling process. I was unsure of where I wanted to start as a first time buyer and he was able to simplify things for me. Truly outstanding service. It's easy to see how he's built such a strong reputation over the years. If you're looking for a reliable realtor in Burbank or the surrounding areas, I wouldn't even waste time going with any one else.

Bill Toth has been selling real estate for clients for over thirty years. As a licensed agent who has been with his firm for the past decade, I can tell you that Bill Toth cares deeply about his clients’ well-being and that he fosters trust and return business like few brokers are able to do. His motivation has always been to work hard to support that family that he loves so much, and he enjoys the friendships that he makes through his relationships with clients and vendors. There are almost no transaction-related circumstances that he has not come across, and his venerable reputation comes from his willingness to gladly help his clients through one of the biggest purchases that one makes in life.

Bill Toth found the perfect home for us. Then he found the perfect home for my boss. When we relocated he sold our house 10+ years later. If you want a great real estate agent in Burbank or surrounding, you should call him. He's excellent!
